AIM for SEVA Albany chapter, invites you to our 2017 Annual charity concert: ANTAR YATRA on Sunday October 22nd at 5:00PM at the EGG Hart theater Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY, with social hour starting at 4:00PM. AIM for SEVA operates over 100 Free Sudent Homes all over India including 15 student homes supporting 630 students in the beautiful states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Antar Yatra combines three classical Indian dance forms - Bharatnaytam, Kuchipudi and Odishi with four styles of music - to take the audience on an enthralling journey into the inner domain of the great women dancers of India. Antar Yatra is choreographed by Sharmila Biswas a leading exponent of the Odishi classical dance form of India and the recipient of the 2012 Akademi award.
